    Eat foods like whole grains which have a high content of carbohydrates, lean meats for protein and foods that contain essential fatty acids.
    Protein is also very important to muscles. Muscles in turn are very important factor that helps boost your fat burning. The more muscles you have, the higher and faster you will be able to burn fat. If you are getting enough protein, then you will likely to have more muscles and with proper training, your body gets more and more muscle and thus it increases your fat burning even more.
    It is not necessary that you will have to take a daily and longer hour to exercise to keep your belly fat away. Studies had show that high intensity training which runs for a period of 20 minutes is enough in losing belly fat for men. However, it is more effective if you combine proper exercise and proper diet.
